It involves the requirements usually such as Latest drawing or design of the part, Layout inspection plan for a year or monthly, Layout inspection procedure, Final part for inspection with their child parts to be assembled, Calibrated gauges and measurement instruments
process
The dimensions will be inspected to ensure that all of the specifications mentioned in the drawing are met, as well as to look back two or three years to determine where the trend is heading.
