Repacking
Repacking activity involves the process such as line clearance, transfer the product to the relevant processing area, removing the label, product container and measuring device. It keeps the defective or damaged units in a segregated area. Finally, the quantity of products to be repacked will be calculated and the line clearance to be obtained from In Process Quality Assurance.

Moving the products to the isolated area and recording the quantity to be repacked. Analyzing the samples for quality control. Product will go for repacking procedure only if the specification is meet. Otherwise, not.

The regulatory requirements are considered for repacking of the finished products. Quantity to be repacked is checked and requisition is been sent for issuance of secondary packing
responsibility
Our quality inspectors are responsible for repacking planning, control and overprinting the packing. They are following the standard operating procedure for the implementation IPQA.
quality standarad
Reconcile the packing material and taking notes on the damages or defects. Quality inspector will review the reconciliation and approve after performed quality or regulatory impact.
